AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS

TVNADO4K operates the website https://deiptv4k.shop and provides digital IPTV-related services (collectively, the Services).

Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the most recent billing period, where permitted by law.

No liability exists for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including service interruptions or data loss.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVNADO4K from claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. USER DATA
